About the Role

We are looking for a responsible Product Manager. You will work with our cross-functional teams to help them design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

As our Product Manager owning our core product, you will define and execute on our vision and roadmap for how we will continue to revolutionize the channel incentive space. You will work with our team and partners to help design, build and roll-out solutions that deliver the company’s vision and strategy .

We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and deliver products to streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience. You also should be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Product Manager responsibilities are:

  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Own our core product portfolio

  • Help Karrot reach businesses by building scalable products and systems for both SMEs and enterprise customers


  • Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings


  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes of Karrot

  • Research, understand and analyze customer needs and expectations

  • Review and update product pricing and positioning strategies

  • Prepare detailed product requirements and prototypes, based on the product strategy

  • Review and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

  • Build relations with clients to solicit feedback on company products and services

What you'll need

  • 2+ years' experience of working on a Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager position

  • Significant experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Significant experience of developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management

  • Excellent understanding of software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem solving skills and high responsibility

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves

  • Experience in high growth startups
  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
